Meeting Reservation	One with Government Mailing System (GMS) can Direct Login using the same GMS credentials. Any Public Officer Using Institutional Email can now Register/Login and Reserve a Meeting. You can Now Invite Participants and Let them Confirm their Availability, Share Meeting Theme and Agendas. Number of Participants Per Meeting Increased to 50. More to be requested through help desk, You can request Here.
Meeting Moderator	Meeting Moderator is the one Reserving the meeting. Two Meeting Tokens, One for Moderator and Another for Participants. Moderator can Mute Video/Audio to All Participants during the meeting session. Moderator can Remove Participants from the Meeting session. Moderator can Transfer Moderating Power to Another Member In-case of Emergence.
Meeting Title and Agendas	The Meeting title and Agendas are displayed on the screen during the meeting session to all participants. The Meeting Agendas can be added or edited by any participant during the meeting session (by clicking the Agenda).
Lobby/Waiting Room	There is Now a Lobby/Waiting Room. Once a participant join the meeting using participant Token provided, they will wait for approval after the moderator entering the meeting session. Moderator Approves all members Joined the meeting.
Meeting Confirmation and Status	Moderator can view the Invitees confirmation status on their own account. Moderator can extend the Meeting Duration for On-going meeting through their own account. Moderator can update (change) the meeting date and meeting duration for waiting meetings through their own account. Moderator can Cancel Meeting anytime through their own account.
Document Sharing and Collaborative Tool	Meeting participants can work simultaneously on same document and be able to download as MS WORD or PDF documents. One can do Presentation by Sharing the Document or Screen.
Mobile App	Android mobile App is available on Playstore, You can Download here. You can make reservation and conduct meetings through the App. Compatible with android version 7 or Higher.
